Customer's Duties

Before the commencement of the works and for the duration thereof, the customer shall insure and shall be solely responsible for the protection and/or removal of all satellite dishes, television or radio aerials and/or any other fixtures, fittings, additions or attachments affixed to or near the site of the proposed works. Before commencement of the works and in the duration thereof, the customer shall notify the contractor in writing or neighbouring structures. The contractor shall not be held liable for any damage to such items not removed or secured by the customer prior to the start of the work.

Conditions Of Service For Roofing

All work will be carried out as per the written estimate or agreement. Any additional tasks or changes requested during the project may result in revised costs and timelines. The customer must ensure clear and safe access to the site. Any obstacles, such as vehicles, garden items, or interior access issues, should be resolved before work begins. Roofing work is weather dependent. Delays caused by adverse weather are not the responsibility of the contractor and may result in rescheduling.
